Dock Side | 2 Bed Condo Waterfront on Ohio River

McKennaLodging is proud to welcome you to our newest property, The Residences at McKenna Landing. We`re located in Harmar, just over the bridge from the vibrant historic district of downtown Marietta. The property was originally constructed in 1937 and was home to a number of businesses over the years. After we acquired the property at the beginning of 2023, we spent about 11 months renovating the space. You will now find four beautiful apartments in the building.

River Port - a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property.

Dock Side - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a private balcony located on the second floor of the property. .

Harbor Master - a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space.

Captain`s Quarters - a luxurious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the main level of the building with its own dedicated deck space.

Each apartment can be rented individually, or they can be reserved in different configurations depending on your groups needs.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Dock Side Condo Stay

My wife and I had a great stay at the condo. Nice location five minutes from downtown Marietta. Nice deck to enjoy the activity on the river. Deck seating was very comfortable but railing disrupted the view. Well outfitted kitchen for cooking in. Very comfortable bed and easy to work TV’s. BBQ restaurant and breakfast diner are five and 15 minute walks away. We would love to revisit as Marietta has much to offer.

Interior decorating was spot on. Not enough cookware. Washer and dryer costs $1.50:each; first VRBO we’ve ever had to pay Bed was comfortable. Only one large closet, however, rod was very high…needs to be lowered for average height folks. Recommend not reserving ground floor units…very noisy when upstairs unit is occupied.
