I loved sitting on the deck in the morning looking at the lake, watching the boats/fishermen, listening to nature, watching the runners and walkers go by, and enjoying a relaxing time drinking my coffee. Inside the house was clean and welcoming with sweet touches of a caring host. Perfect for a single or a couple. This little getaway was close to the larger lake Skanaeteles and all the history, shopping, food, and experiences I wanted to enjoy while here. Truly the perfect place I needed to spend a lovely weekend getaway.

This is an excellent place to stay and would recommend it for anyone! It's comfortable, peaceful, and very clean. Charles has all the amenities you would need. The location is amazing (right across the street from Otisco Lake) and it has all these great lake views. Charles provides a keyless entry and he is was responsive.

The property was ok. There's no place to sit by the water. No fire pit for a fire. The kitchen has no cooking facilities other than a toaster oven and microwave and a hot plate. A very small refrigerator. The bathroom has such a small stall shower with not much of a spray coming out. The bed was comfortable and we did like that. I've stayed at many other places for a small amount more and had a really great stay with more accommodations. In my opinion they threw the rental together quickly to get someone to rent it. It needs some TLC. We did enjoy the view. Parking your vehicle is right by the main road and very noisy. Definitely not a quiet place. The kitchen sink leaked while we used it.
