"Our stay was mid-September, so our activities were more hiking focused. The most helpful host in the office was Mirjam. She took the time to ask what our party of seven would like to do and where we’d like to explore. She shared local brochures and pricing for the various lifts that would take us to the top of any number of peaks. She also helped with the logistics of the laundry facilities.We made multiple meals for seven in the small, well-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms; they were tiny, but efficient. The two other bedrooms shared a common, larger bathroom upstairs. There was also a half-bath on the main floor- just off the large mud room (obviously designed for all the ski gear that would come in with the snowy months.)There is an up-sized convenience store within walking distance, and larger supermarkets within a very short drive. There was a restaurant and a bar within walking distance that were hospitable.The walk along a hiking path to the neighboring town of Ehrwald took about an hour. The path was verdant and filled with cows, sheep, and goats to take photos with.We would highly recommend these accommodations for anyone traveling to this area."
