Set in Maribor, 2.4 km from the city center. Parking place in front of the house is free. Welcome drink ((brandy, beer, juice) and basic foods (salt, sugar, oil, coffee, ...) are at your disposal. Double room superior apartment in the ground floor provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, free bikes and barbecue facilities at the garden. The apartment is fitted with a flat-screen TV, a seating area, kitchen with all the equipment and 1 bathroom – with separated toilet. Hosts can provide tips on the area. In 10 minutes you are by car under the hill Pohorje, where the ski resort (women fis ski world cup) is known, and in the summer mountain bike downhill is famous. A ski equipment rental service can be supported and ski or other equipment storage space is free at the basement floor.
In the basement floor there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a ironing room which can be used also as a club room.
