Apartment Maria Alm near Hochkönig Ski Slopes

This apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in an apartment complex right in the center of Maria Alm in Salzburgerland and offers direct access to the Hochkönig ski region.

The apartment is on the third floor and offers a cozy kitchen-living room with open kitchen and seating, a seleepingcorner with loft bed and bunk bed, a spacious bathroom and a balcony. The apartment complex also has a ski storage room. Parking is available directly at the apartment complex. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the village and the ski slopes are almost next to the apartment complex.

The apartment complex is located in the middle of the Hochkönig ski region, which is part of the Ski Amade ski area. Against the backdrop of the Hochkönig, this ski area between the three towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers up to 120 spacious and wide kilometers of slopes, 3 fun parks and 34 lifts. The ski slopes can be reached on foot from the apartment complex.

In summer, the Sommerstein adventure pool at the eastern end of Maria Alm, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden or the Zeller lido in Zell am See offer lots of bathing fun! The idyllic town of Maria Alm is a sports paradise and place of pilgrimage in the middle of the Salzburg mountains and offers many other leisure and activity options.

You will find several restaurants, shops and the tourist office right in the town center. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in about 1.5 hours by car.

Cosy & value for money

The flat was cosy, small but nice. Very affordable for the whole family to stay for a week. Big plus was the nice balcony with the beautiful view, the warm decoration and the size of the bathroom. Everything was very clean and the welcome was also warm. The children loved the bunk bed, although father had to sleep with his legs bent and mother was occasionally woken up by the turning in the top bunk. The small kitchenette was well equipped, although a colander would be handy as we regularly ate pasta. But if that's all...as I said, we had a super stay!

Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ab. Ferienwohnung sauber, zweckmäßig und funktionell. Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist und das Domizil zum Essen und schlafen nutzt, perfekt. Möchte man den Tag in der Wohnung verbringen, ist das Platzangebot zumindest für 4 Personen zu gering. Betten bequem. Badezimmer geräumig.
