Gorgeous bedrooms. Generous open plan living dining kitchen area, with 47" 4K Smart TV leading to trifold doors opening onto self contained, fully fenced south facing garden. Kitchen: With oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.

The house is located in a residential area which is a Conservation Zone in Cliftonville. Two small quiet streets to cross on a 200 yard, step free, journey and you at at the beach. Turn left and 800 yards later you are by the Tuner Gallery and in vibrant Margate Old Town. Turn right and in 400 yards you are at Walpole pool offering the opportunity to swim even at low tide... If you keep walking east, you start coming to the quieter bays.

Recently renovated (2022), the main house has been transformed with the ground floor ideally laid out with socialising in mind, the sitting room with its beautifully high ceilings offers ample seating space for relaxing evenings in with a large walkway semi-open plan to the dining room seating up to eighteen, flowing through to the main kitchen which has been fully equipped with everything you could need.

Situated in the Cliffonville area of Margate, Walpole House grandly sits just minutes from the sea, with 300 yards step-free access to the beach and the tidal pool at Walpole Bay. A few minutes' drive or a 15-minute walk will take you into the heart of the buzzing and creative coastal hub of Margate, with independent shops, cafés and restaurants to be explored and sampled, as well as art galleries and music venues. For those arriving by car, on street parking is free of charge outside of the house, whilst if you are jumping on the train, Margate station lies just a 5-minute taxi ride away with high-speed trains taking you into London in less than an hour and a half.
