Cosy sea views in a great location

The flat is a delightful studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It is has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. The perfect place to enjoy the charms of Margate.

The flat is in a Grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse. There is a compact table in the kitchen where you can happily work away in between glancing out across the Main Sands and the Turner Gallery (seeing all the way to Reculver Towers on a good day!). It's great for short stays or for longer digital nomads keen to enjoy everything Margate has to offer.

Please note that it is on the top floor and there are many stairs. The communal areas will be undergoing a refurbishment programme shortly. For now everything is clean and in good order, if a bit shabby.
The apartment is heated and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an oven, and a stovetop.
