Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Due to double booking we were left stranded in Africa. No accommodation, no service recovery. I do not recommend using this site or staying here. customer service took 40+ mins to answer and still provided no resolution. Do not use this site or book here if you are traveling with family.
