Vent du Large, eco-friendly house in Marennes Plage by the sea

Ideally located facing the sea and close to the Ile d'Oleron, it has been completely renovated.
Classified 3 stars and with an area of 60 m², it consists of a living space with equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and separate wc.

Each bedroom has its own storage space and we can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby.
The first bedroom is a modular bedroom, the two 90x190cm beds can be joined to form a king-size and in the second you have a 140x190cm bed and two bunk beds.

You also benefit from two terraces: one at the front of the house with sea view and a second at the back, more intimate which overlooks the garden with barbecue.
On this second terrace there is also a small house which accommodates a space designed and equipped for children as well as a laundry area.

The fully enclosed garden provides you with various medicinal and aromatic plants to enhance your dishes.

For winter days, a nice little wood fire will make you forget the freshness of the outdoors.

Several restaurants within walking distance and cycle paths nearby (notably the Vélodyssée)

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
