House was great! We had a wonderful stay, it is steps from the entrance to Roger tail beach. It is a long .75 mile walk to get to the beach from the entrance, but it is a beautiful and natural preserve, the views of the waterway from the back yard of the house are fantastic. One complaint the locks to the house changed before check out of 10am while we were prepping to leave, make sure you don’t reset the locks until the official check out time. Thankfully our kids were still in their room so we were able to gain entry from the back of the property. The house has plenty of all amenities to entertain the family!

excellent experience with marco island properties. The home itself was very clean and well appointed. Only issues noted were the main tub would not hold water and the pool lighting flickered on and off at night.

We loved everything about Marco Island! The house was amazing! The only issue we had was the house next door was being torn down. They started at 7:30 in the morning. You could not sit outside when they were working. The house would shake. Couple little things to think about if you rent this house. The pool doesn’t get Sun. It’s absolutely beautiful but if you want Sun in the winter months you will need to go to the beach or down to the dock. The master bedroom could also use a new mattress. I’m pretty picky since a have a bad back. Everything else was amazing!! The kitchen was great and the view of the water was beautiful. I would go back once the house next door is finished.
