The unit is equipped with comfort amenities such as central air & heating with unit thermostat for comfort adjustment and ceiling fans in each room. Sufficient linens & towels are provided as well. Our storage locker is located on the same floor as our unit and includes all of the beach essentials (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and wagon) needed for a relaxing day. Our direct beach access located in the rear of our building puts you on the beach within minutes. Leave your car parked as our famous Island food venues and shops are within a short distance.

Building amenities include a large social room with kitchen, comfortable lobby with couches and chairs, library, large new (2025) heated pool with grill area and tiki huts, vehicle wash stations and private beach access. The unit includes a covered parking space on the second row close to the building entrance with plenty of additional free guest parking. Tradewinds also offers concierge service which will assist you with any requests during your stay. This property is managed by the owner and requires a condo application ($150 non refundable fee to HOA) approved by the Board of Directors (Homeowners Association ) 30 days in advance of the requested booking.
