Aqua Vista Retreat truly lives up to its name! Enjoy amazing water and beach views from bedrooms, kitchen and living room of this newly renovated two-bedroom condo on the tenth floor. The beach view faces west for spectacular sunsets!
Aqua Vista's bedrooms, a King master ensuite and Full Murphy bed/office room, and living room all have independent balcony access! The renovated master bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a tub/shower. Fold up the Murphy bed in the second bedroom and you'll have plenty of room for your space office. TV's are in some bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen has new appliances with a beautiful countertop and a bar area. High definition streaming TV is available via smart TVs, along with free WiFi.
Tradewinds Condominiums feature a large pool area, grilling area, gorgeous lobby, sitting area, common kitchen, meeting room, library and direct access to the beach. The sandy Crescent Beach is one of the finest sugar sand beach in Florida. There are many fine restaurants, plenty of shopping, and grocery stores within a mile of the property.
One covered parking space comes with the condo rental. Common laundry is located on each floor for guests to use at a minimal fee.
An application is required by the HOA and is to be submitted at least 30 days before arrival. The application fee must accompany the application when submitting and is currently $150 (subject to change). The application will be sent immediately upon booking and is required to be returned to us within 3 days of booking and 30 days before arrival or reservation will may be cancelled.
Off season, long term rental periods are acceptable.
