This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath Marco Island home, with a split floor plan, features lush, professional landscaping and an oversized heated pool with a soaring enclosure and stunning lanai deck. This home offers one-story living at its best with no stairs to worry about climbing as well as an attached garage. The kitchen features soft-close kitchen cabinetry, top-quality appliances, and granite countertops.
All of the furniture in the house is brand new from the bar-height kitchen table and chairs in the kitchen to the leather power reclining sofa, loveseat and chair in the living room to the beds and mattresses in the bedrooms. All of the windows now have brand new custom Levoior cordless blinds which have just been installed. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom suite, as well as a king size bed in one guest bedroom and two twin beds in the other. There is a brand new 65 inch smart TV in the living room with a DVR, a brand new 50 inch smart TV in the kitchen/dining room, as well as brand new smart televisions in all of the bedrooms so there will be no arguments about what shows to watch. This home is close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but it is quiet and provides plenty of privacy. You will love relaxing poolside in the huge lanai whether you are eating, sunning, reading a book or barbequing on the brand new Weber grill. There is a pack n play for guest use. This house will provide a fantastic home base to explore everything Marco Island and the surrounding areas have to offer.

A Piece of Paradise
I have been coming to Marco Island for over 30 years and this is the 3rd time I have gone with my immediate family. The house was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, the beds and linens were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with things I needed to prepare meals and the pool area was stunning. It was a very quiet neighborhood and Publix was so close. I will definitely try to rent this house for our family again. Our kids are 6, 5 and 3 years old.

We had a great time. The house was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with any chef’s needs. The gopher tortoise and burrowing owls were abound in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and all the main roads easily accessible.
We would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Vacation Home!
This house on Marco Island was absolutely lovely. It was clean, spacious, complete, inviting and had every amenity one could wish for. The pool was fantastic, the kitchen was better stocked than any other rental I've used, and there was plenty of comfortable space for a group of five senior adults. We could play cards together, talk and share, but could also find private space when needed. I'm now have a new standard of expectation for a vacation rental.

Everything we needed
Really nice property, well equipped. We enjoyed the pool every day. Lots of beach chairs and towels for both pool and beach. A second fridge in garage. Bags for shelling. Huge new Weber grill. Great TV and furniture in Family room and out on lenai. Family of five and everyone had their own recliner!!
