Stunning four- bedroom home with three bathrooms, heated pool, and spa with Southern exposure. Elegant front living room with sofa and loveseat. The family room has a spacious L-shaped couch. The open and spacious floor plan has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating, and plenty of counter space.
The kitchen leads to an elegant formal dining room, with a large glass-top table and seating for 8 guests.
Large windows in the formal dining room create a bright and airy place for the entire family to come together. The family room is great for relaxing on the large couch to watch a movie or a big game.
As you make your way upstairs you will find a loft overlooking the first floor which also has a third living space and a small desk/ work space.
The main bedroom downstairs has a king bed, sliders that lead out to the patio and pool area. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
The second bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV it's own private bathroom with walk-in shower and also private access to a balcony overlooking the water. Third bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, and a bathroom that is shared with the fourth bedroom which has a set of twin beds.
The outdoor space is just as spectacular with a heated pool and spa and a sun lounge area. The south-facing pool ensures you have the best sun exposure for optimum sunbathing. Covered seating and a dining area to enjoy dining al fresco is the best way to end the fun-filled day.

Enjoyable vacation
The location was good. We had a great time. The house was nice but frying pans not in good shape. We like having family cook offs, so it was a challenge with poor frying pans. Also, patio door difficult to open. Limited pool toys. Great pool and spa.
