This house was perfect for our family of 4 spring break! It was beautifully maintained and had all of the amenities one would expect for this location and cost. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and the home itself was beautiful. The pool and lanai were great for afternoon relaxation, and the grill and table out back were perfect for dinners and socializing. We like to try different homes every time we vacation, but would absolutely recommend this house to another family!

Winter 2025 in Marco Island

We truly enjoyed our time on Marquesas Ct. We had friends and family with us most of the time. There was plenty of rooms and space to be comfortable. The house is in a great location for restaurants, shops, grocery. There was a television is almost every room. And there were plenty of beach chairs and towels.
