The property is just a gorgeous as the pictures. The walk to the beach is not for the faint of heart. It’s as big as it looks and about a 15 minute walk to the water. Also has additional 100 parking fee and shared paid laundry. But very private, well maintained, beautiful property with great views of the island and the Gulf.

5-Stars all the way!

This wonderful South Seas property is just as advertised! A gorgeous, freshly remodeled, corner unit that has everything you’ll need for a heavenly stay. Communications with the owners (not a mgmt company… a huge bonus in my book!) were prompt and detailed. If you like walking the beach at sunrise, shelling galore, getting some cardio on the pickleball courts, and then winding down with a dunk in the pool, then this slice of heaven is for you!

Amazing Stay!

The unit is beautiful as described and pictured. The location is perfect, we couldn’t have asked for better. The host is excellent with great communication. Checkin in process is organized and simple. I’d recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay again.

Relax in comfort

Super comfortable accommodations, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Luxurious linens, beach accessories, a complete kitchen arrangement and plenty of space for two couples to relax. Easy access to beach, fishing and pickleball, if that's your desire. Will definitely be looking to rent here again!

Paradise!

Perfect in every way! Jeffrey and Francine were exceptional hosts. Their home wowed the moment we opened the door. Breathtaking views in all directions. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean and equipped. We spent hours on the balcony just enjoying the ever changing views. Thank you for making our time in Marco an ideal place to take a breath and relax. It was hard to say goodbye, but we’ll be back. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment on the beach

Beautiful apartment great location. Just bring your bags because it has everything you would need to stay at the beach. The pictures that you when you book are exactly what you see when you walking. Excellent taste in decor.

Beautiful condo with the most amazing views

The condo was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the corner unit were just breathtaking. Jeff was quick to respond to our needs during our stay. The beach was vast which led to a short easy walk across the sand. Because the beach was so large it felt very private because everyone on it was so far spread apart. Would stay here again!
