Quiet relaxing condo in paradise
Enjoy our very beautiful condo in a quiet development. With a fishing pier and amazing sunsets. This one bedroom unit on the second floor and is a great space. Within walking distance to a few great restaurants and bars. There is a pool and lounge chairs to rest and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our unit is a 30 day rental. There are two laundry rooms on the property. This property also has plenty of parking and beautiful landscaping. They do require a background check and a minimum stay of 30 days.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.
