Welcome to the Monterrey at Cape Marco, the most celebrated beach community on Marco Island.
From the moment you enter through the private gated entrance and pass a most impressive fountain and waters scapes, you’ll know you are in a very special place. Continuing past meticulous landscaping you will enter the covered parking area and park in your designated space. A few steps away, a semi-private elevator which has access to only two units per floor, will take you to the third floor past our custom tiled hall where you will enter our home away from home.
This spacious unit is tastefully decorated and is one of only four in the Monterrey with water views from a front and back balcony and is on the preferred left side of the building with unobstructed views of the water and the Ten Thousand Islands.

January - April 2026 available. 60 day minimum stay.
Oceanfront condominium, direct beach access, private gated community with 24 hour guard.

Monterrey Cape Marco

I loved both the condo and the excellent relationship with the owner. It is a delightful condo with lovely furnishings and one of the best views of gulf that one could imagine. Only steps from a beautiful beach! The condo has everything you can need for a fabulous experience. I rented 2 months the first year and three months the next. I love the building so much that I have now purchased a unit. The rent is very fair, three spacious bedrooms with an exceptional master suite. You will love it!
