Things to Know Please know that the HOA requires additional documentation for service animals. The fitness center is currently unavailable until further notice. Valet parking is now optional - it is included in the guests' resort fees. This vacation rental does not have access to laundry facilities. The nearest laundromat is a mile and a half north.
Construction Disclaimer: The pool will be unavailable due to construction from approximately May 2025 through end of 2025. Work will occur six days a week from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. High levels of noise are expected to be audible, as well as significant dirt and dust generation.

Beautiful property but….
We had stayed at Marco Ocean suites several years ago, but wow… things have changed!! This is strictly all condos. Nobody at the front desk, just a guy to hand out keys. No pool attendant to pass out towels. No spa services. And if you rent from this site, you don’t get a beach lounger or towel ; those are reserved for other guests that apparently reserved directly through the resort. Condo rules in the room said we could purchase beach loungers but the dudes on the beach said no… and asked us to move away on the beach from other guests EVEN THO WE PAID TO STAY THERE!!! . The restrooms next to the beach bar had a coded lock and since we were apparently in the lowest caste of guests, could not get the code to use the bathroom !!!Literally no one responded when I asked for burned out light bulbs to be replaced. No Kleenex in bathroom. Received an email to strip the sheets off bed and load the dishwasher ( the unit had no dishwasher and I paid a cleaning fee to have the sheets stripped!!). The grounds around the resort could use some attention: parking structure gate was broken and many nighttime pathway lights were burned out.
On a positive note, this is a lovely resort in need of a little love, in a great location , and we had pretty much what we needed in the unit( walls could definitely use some patching and painting.) The pool is decent. The weather was perfect. I felt , however, given the price we paid, to be treated as third class customers was very disappointing.

Lanai door did not lock
Had a hard time going to sleep knowing any one could come to our rental through the lanai. That’s the only problem I had. Everything was wonderful.
