This south facing house is a dream. Family focused and Dog-friendly located in Marco Island on the canal. With 6 beds, up to 9 guests will sleep comfortably including (3) KING beds, (2) TwinXL beds in a bunk, and even (2) packaway cribs for the little ones, plus a Queen-size sleeper sofa - so guests will feel right at home.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quiet street, excellent location, sunny exposure, BEST waterfront! Wonderful neighborhood, boating location and perfect SOUTHERN exposure. The Mid-Island location puts you near the YMCA, park, shopping and under 2 miles to the beach. As soon as you enter this impeccably maintained home you will be impressed by the natural light, SALT WATER POOL and loads of Kayaks, bikes, paddle-boards, kids toys, ALL INCLUDED!!
You will be impressed by the natural light and brightness provided by loads of sliding glass doors and architecturally unique windows. The kitchen has been custom redesigned from the original plan, with walls moved and opened and it now serves as the focal point of this open, flowing floor plan. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a lighted fan hood, recessed lighting, granite countertops, counter seating, and soft-close and pull-out drawers. There is a convenient pass-through from kitchen to covered lanai area making this home great for entertaining.
While the plan is open and airy, it still provides 2 distinct living spaces which is great for families or larger groups. Soft beige colors and tile flooring throughout main living area.
A desirable split bedroom floor plan offers privacy for the primary master suite with a nice separation of space from the 2 guest bedrooms, and an additional pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
The primary KING master suite is spacious and includes a king bed walk-in closet, dual sinks at the vanity, tub and walk-in shower. The walk-in closet is huge and has more than enough space to set up a baby crib if desired. In fact a folding packaway crib, high chair, playpen, and also a kids' bed safety barrier are all included with ample children’s toys, games, and books.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the opposite side of the home near the pool bath and laundry area. Bedroom 2 has a KING-sized bed. Bedroom 3 has a KING bed and two twinXL beds in a bunk! All bedrooms have their own TV with Roku, and ample closet and storage space. The shared guest bath has dual sinks, walk-in shower, with direct access to the lanai and pool. A separately enclosed washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
The exterior is outstanding with larger than average electric heated saltwater pool and HUGE covered and open space on the lanai. This south-facing lanai will get sun all through the day. You’ll enjoy both morning sunsets and afternoon sunsets. Take a nice paver walkway down to the dock and lift to use any of the included paddleboards or kayaks, fish or just enjoy sitting at the waterside.
In the garage you’ll find ample beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, toys, fishing gear, kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes for your use. A New roof, AC, and pool heater are recent updates. Have a boat? For an extra nightly fee you may bring your boat and use the dock and or boat lift. Pre-approval is required before booking.
All guests over the age of 18 must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, and sign our rental agreement and waiver - prior to access to the home being granted.
For stays over 14 days, an additional cleaning fee is required, on a per-week/7day basis, for a hotel style "standard cleaning" during each week of your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pirates Cove Marco! The house was fully furnished and the bikes and kayaks as well as the beach towels and beach gear were a great bonus! This was a great location to grocery store, main roads, restaurants, etc. It is out of the busiest area of the main strip but a very short driving distance to everything. Travis communicated very well and was very responsive to our communication.

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely property with our son and his family. There were three teens and a five year old in our group. Everyone loved the outdoor area and the pool. The boys fished off the dock and we rented a pontoon boat for the week and were able to dock it right behind the house. The property had an abundance of fun things for the kids- bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and pool toys. The kitchen was well equipped and had very nice appliances. South beach was just a short drive away and the home is located close to groceries, a pharmacy, a hardware store, bait shop and gas station, among other businesses. We will definitely keep Pirate’s Cove in mind for our next visit to Marco!

This is a remarkable home! Extremely clean and very well provisioned, especially for the sports enthusiast. There are also many baby / toddler / child items -- toys, games, portable crib, stroller, etc. if needed. Travis was exceptionally responsive to the questions we had, both before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property for a family vacation!
