This sun-brightened and spacious 1435 square foot 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo with a screened in lanai is located on the quiet, and uncrowded southernmost part of the island, just a short 10 minute walk or less from South Beach where you can enjoy swimming, shelling, sunsets, and dolphin watching steps away from a variety of local restaurants. This 2nd floor condo has elevator access and can accommodate 6 people. It has 3 generous sized bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room. The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bathroom suite with double sinks. This residence features an open concept floor plan with a large living room with a comfortable Sectional Sofa and a flat-screen TV. The living room flows into a formal dining room, complete with an elegant dining room table and seating for six. The fully equipped white kitchen has lots of natural light and offers ample of countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal. The spacious screened in lanai features reclining sun loungers and a dining area so there’s plenty of room to lie back if you want to take time to relax, read a book, and listen to the gentle singing of Florida birds. Sip your morning coffee in the screened lanai overlooking the beautiful private pool and jacuzzi area as you’re massaged by coastal winds that blow a constant refreshing ocean breeze across the island. This condo is equipped with everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning, pool, ceiling fans, internet, cable television, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short walk to the powdery white sands, turquoise waters, and endless activities of South Beach. Great Experience
I stayed at Bougainvillea Gardens for 2 months. The condo is on the South side of the island a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy sunrise or sunset yoga, or just relax and watch the dolphins play. It is also equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. When we checked in we had an issue with the cable/internet, but the owner was quick to respond and helped to fix the problem right away. I would definitely recommend this wonderful condo. The only downside was heading home to snow.

Perfect location
Beautiful condo just a short walk from south beach. Other tenants in the condo unit were friendly and helpful. Everything you need was only a short drive. My first time in Marco island and I would definitely recommend a visit. Silvia, the condo owner, was very responsive to my messages. She also supplied everything you could need. I would stay there again.
