The exquisitely decorated interior was furnished under the theory that there’s no such thing as too much comfort. The living room is tastefully filled with modern sofas and tables and cooled by ceiling fans and air conditioning. Arched transom windows fill the space with natural light.

The kitchen, with bar stools along the spacious granite counter, gives you all the appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner on a table beneath framed coral and an ornate glass chandelier.

One of those modern kitchen appliances is a blender, and Marco Island blenders specialize in creating tropical drinks for reclining in hot tubs after dinner as you savor the view of the turquoise water spreading out in front of you.

The bedrooms offer plenty of closet space and televisions. The master suite comes with sliding door access to the lanai and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a bathtub that overlooks the lush garden.
