Andrew was wonderful throughout entire process. As for the unit, Couch extremely uncomfortable and living room area needs some type of lamp. Unit well stocked and updated. Elevator was down for one day. If you don’t like to be awakened early the noise from the marina next door can be an issue. Due to the busy Dolphin Tiki bar, parking can be a problem during lunch and dinner hours.
