Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette and an inviting living area with a comfortable sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Additional features of this condo include central air-conditioning and plenty of beach and pool towels.





On-site, you and your guests will have access to a variety of deluxe resort amenities including a shared and heated, rooftop pool, hot tub, fitness center, and easy beach access. And for dining options, visit the Beachfront Bar and Grille for casual lunches, and be sure to check out Sale E Pepe, a AAA Four Diamond restaurant, for fine Italian cuisine, amazing Gulf views, and a lively lounge scene for before or after dinner cocktails.





This property is conveniently close to fishing charters, rental services for jet skis, kayaks, golf carts, and bicycles, dolphin and everglade tours, a movie theater, and yoga on the beach!





Things to Know

Valet parking is now optional - it is included in the guests' resort fees.

This vacation rental does not have access to laundry facilities. The nearest laundromat is a mile and a half north.

Parking Garage: The HOA is working on a project in the parking garage until the end of November. Low to moderate level of noise is expected during normal working hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment in Marco Island was extremely disappointing. The apartment had a serious and very visible mold problem throughout several areas of the unit. There were dark mold-like spots and staining along the ceiling, crown molding, walls, around the air-conditioning vents, and near the entrance/kitchen area. This was not just one small isolated spot; it was visible in multiple parts of the apartment. I have photos documenting the condition. A rental property should be properly inspected and cleaned before guests arrive, especially when there are signs of moisture and possible mold around the HVAC system and ceiling. We did not feel comfortable staying in a property in this condition. Marco Island is a beautiful place, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this apartment until the moisture/mold issue is professionally evaluated, treated, and the unit is thoroughly cleaned and repaired. Very disappointing and unacceptable condition for a vacation rental.
