Gorgeous completely renovated oceanfront three bedroom

Completely renovated! All new floors, kitchen, bathrooms and much much more!

This is a end unit located on the 8th floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is an oceanfront unit and offers south, north and front views. The balcony spans across the entire front of the unit, with access from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. The pool is in perfect sight from the balcony of this 8th floor corner unit, which is always a plus.

There is a King bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the first guest room and XL twin beds in the second guest room.

There is, also, a full laundry room, and a new hot water heater and air conditioning/heating system.

There is Wifi in this condo along with 4 new TV's.

Both bathrooms are new, with the master having a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom having a tub/shower unit. The Kitchen is newly completed remodeled. There are all new tile floors throughout the unit, along with new furniture in the dining room, living room and kitchen. The entire unit is freshly painted.

The Apollo is located at the southern part of the beach and is close to shopping, dining, movies and the hotels. The property offers a heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, covered parking, fitness room and a restaurant with inside and outside dining.

There is a registration due upon arrival at the Apollo management office, 2 car maximum per unit

*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Thanksgiving family vacation

We had an amazing week here staying with my parents and two teenage children. This is the most clean and well organized rental we have stayed at in Marco in the last 12 years of coming here. Everything you could possibly need is available for you from: beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie board to anything you may need in the kitchen. The kitchen could use a couple more forks and spoons but everything else including platters, crockpot, bakeware, etc… We had no problem serving our thanksgiving meal for the 6 of us on

Fantasic Property

We had a terrific week at this property. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished and VERY well appointed. It is on the corner of the Apollo so the view was absolutely stunning. The location at the south end of the island is perfect and having the Sunset Grille right in the property so so convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. It was well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The large capacity in-unit washing machine was a bonus and having a reserved parking space was convenient. The Apollo complex is well maintained and security is taken seriously, requiring key access for the common areas and elevators and the parking area is gated. I would gladly rent again.

Marco Island - Apollo 2023

Our second year staying in this property. If anything, the trip was even better with the weather and some of the updates that were made to the condo. This is a beautiful and very comfortable property, and we look forward to returning again. The island itself of course never disappoints...!!! The only reason for the four stars on the check-in process was confusion with the Apollo staff regarding parking spaces and payment for the second vehicle our party rented (first stay with multiple vehicles). Other than that, smooth sailing for the entire trip. Thanks again! Rick W.

A trip to remember

We had an amazing time at the Apollo in 801. The view was gorgeous and the condo very, very well kept. Every bed was extremely comfortable. The linens and towels were very nice. We loved playing tennis every morning. Having those supplies was nice. The chairs and umbrella was nice too. The largest, secondary umbrella was broken so that should just be trashed. Also we took time to do one of the large puzzles and around 5 pieces were missing which is frustrating. There are lots of games which were fun to play! The communication was prompt between the manager for any questions. We enjoyed everyone at the condo as we went in and out. Very nice and helpful! My only complaint was that for the price, it would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the week for 6 people. I guess it was in the details somewhere but I missed that. Also a little oil or cooking spray and seasoning in the kitchen beside salt. We are happy to buy our own groceries but it would have been nice to have more items on hand to work with. We left a lot of things for the cleaners as we hoped they would enjoy the items and drinks. Also make sure when you arrive you realize the keys are offsite. We thought that pickup was right by the condo and it is five minutes away. Again the address was listed but we just didn’t understand the pickup We would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. It is a very nice place to stay, close to the beach and we felt safe.
