Great condo in our favorite complex on Marco island. Two pools that are heated. Location is nice along the river/Factory Bay waterfront. Dolphins seen frequently. Screened lanai with a view to the Jolley Bridge. Property owner checks in frequently and very responsive.
Stayed 56 nights in Feb 2026
