Great view of beach but place needs serious updating

The only thing accurate was the gorgeous view. The keys constantly wouldn't work, the knives were rusty, the bathroom walls had yellow streaks from using different base paints, the kitchen cupboards are taped together and old, the beach umbrella and chairs are falling apart or don't work. Overall the place needs some serious TLC.

Beautiful View but long walk to the shore

The condo was outdated which we expected but the lack of cleanliness and some damage was unexpected. We communicated our thoughts to the rental company and even though they responded initially very quickly, by the time alternatives were offered they wouldn’t have worked. We did appreciate that they took our concerns seriously though and offered to make necessary repairs/updates, cleanings for future guests. The rest of the property was very nice. The views from the balcony were beautiful.

Many Activities Available - Good Value

Loved the location. Loved the pickleball group (9am every morning FYI), used the dock for our boat, biked every day, walked the beach and collected sand dollars at Tigertail Beach. There is much more to do that is not listed. Tower 3 front office staff is great. Keys to get in, keys to get to the beach, keys to walk/bike out of the complex. Annoying at first but appreciated the security.The condo view was fantastic. Amenities are quite dated, but we didn’t care so much. Really need to upsize the family room TV.

Loved the location. Great pickleball courts. We had a fabulous view down the beach.

The property fit all of our needs! The condo was clean. It needs some updating at some point. The king bed might need a memory foam over the mattress, it’s very firm, someone else might like firm! Overall we loved our stay!

Property management company want to charge me for 2nd set of keys

I was in town for a conference at a hotel that I thought was close to this property we had booked and it was not because the property management had listed their own address so that was confusing and frustrating. The worst was when the management company called me to tell me that we had only put one set of keys in the box and that they were going to charge me for the 2nd set of keys. Thankfully, they found the 2nd set the next day when I asked them to double check because I had put both sets of keys into the box(terrible system by the way). I was worried and anxious that I was going to be charged for something I didn't do. The worst part is that they called me to tell me they couldn't find the keys, but sent me an email to tell me they found them. Didn't even apologize for their mistake. I wouldn't stay in another property managed by this property management company again.
