Great home & location

This is an easily accessible home to both beach n restaurants! Great area and location! Plenty of beach items to use plus bikes and beach towels. Pool area is private with tv n plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy outside dining or relaxing. Would definitely rent again, we very much enjoyed our stay!!

Great place to stay!

Wonderful place that was the icing on the cake of our family trip. Perfect location for a weeklong stay in paradise. Rooms were spacious and the pool perfect.

Perfect location—close to the beach, shops, restaurants, park, etc. (walking or biking distance) LOVED the pool area—it was great for our small group and felt very secluded. We were so happy with the amount of beach and pool items available for use—we didn’t need to bring a thing! We spent most of our time outdoors on the back patio area by the pool.Plus the bikes and scooters kept the kids busy too! Plenty of activities to make everyone’s trip enjoyable. We would come back again!

Great stay, walk to the beach

Comfortable home with extras like ping pong, bikes and beach chairs. Quiet backyard with a large screened in pool and patio. It’s an easy walk to the public beach access area, less than ten minutes.

Our trip to the above address was quite enjoyable. The house and pool was well kept and we liked the location to the south beach access. The back patio had very good accommodations and we spent a lot of time out there. We would highly recommend this location.

It was exactly how it was described. The house and property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked and there were lots of pool towels. It is a short walk to the beach with great beach accessories provided. It sits on a very quiet and private lot.

Great house and perfect for a quiet get away

Close enough to walk to the beach and food but away from the busy tourist areas. Was a nice quiet neighborhood and having a private pool was great. Kitchen was very well equipped to cook some meals at home. Appreciated we could pack light and easily do some laundry. Felt like being at home while on vacation.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this home — it’s one of those places that immediately feels good the moment you walk in. Clean, comfortable, uncluttered, and full of great energy, it was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge.The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, and gadgets you’d expect, plus thoughtful basics like dish soap, laundry detergent, and salt and pepper. On the rare chance you need something extra, the store is just a quick drive away.The location is fantastic — the beach is only about 0.20 miles from the house, with easy sidewalks and a beautiful public entrance. We loved that the house provided a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, toys, and even a few books. It made heading out for the day effortless.The pool and lanai area were a highlight. We spent hours swimming, relaxing in the shade, and enjoying the outdoor TV. The space feels private, peaceful, and surprisingly bug free. Pool toys and floaties were a great bonus.The neighborhood feels very safe, and we enjoyed morning runs and walks along the beach or Collier Drive. It’s a great area for families or anyone who wants a calm, easygoing vacation!

Seashell Escape was amazing!

This house was beatiful and had everything we need. It is close to the best beach area on the island. The pool was amazing and warm and so clean. We used it everyday during our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. Best of all iTrip was amazing. From the gift left at the house for our arrive to the communication with them. They even made last minute changes so we could have a late check out. We had two families and everyone was happy. The bikes were great and all the beach chairs and wagon made everything so much easier. We will be booking again at this house and with this company for later this year. I can't wait. They take the stress out of booking a vacation. Thanks again and we will be back. I would give it more the 5 stars if I could.
