Meyers International Airport (RSW) and two hours from Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami (MIA) airports. This beautiful and cozy condo unit is perfect for your quiet getaway. Complex is on a canal with 3 public docks excellent for docking your boat, fishing, kayaking or simply hanging out. Beautifully landscaped grounds, heated pool, clubhouse, and BBQ area are available for your use.

Close distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping. Within walking distance to happy hours and early dinning, bike, jet ski, golf cart, and boat rentals and just a short drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Marco Island.
