Welcome to our house in Marco Island. This adorable vacation rental offers a tranquil escape for guests. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The cozy living room features an additional sofa bed, providing even more comfort. This property also has a private screened-in pool.

This residence is located on an oversized tip lot on a quiet cul-de-sac with 160 feet of spectacular waterfront and beautiful converging wide water views.

Quick indirect access to the Marco River and Gulf of Mexico. Southwest exposure to enjoy breathtaking sunsets all year round. Expansive dock with two lifts to accommodate a larger boat for a great day of boating and fishing.

Bring your boat or contact us to arrange a rental boat to be delivered for your stay. This home features high vaulted ceilings for an open concept with charming coastal décor, separate living and dining areas.

The kitchen features counter seating for four and dining for 6 guests. A split bedroom floor plan allows privacy for your guests.

Master suite with queen sized bed, guest room with queen bed and guest room with two twin beds and a pull-out sofa in the living room. A large, covered deck with a screened pool area is a great place for entertaining or enjoying the gorgeous water views. The pool is heated. We've spent the last 10 years staying on Marco Island for the holidays, and this property is by far the best one we've rented. The property is exactly as shown, no surprises. The kitchen is very well stocked. There was so much seating and space, my family of 8, plus a dog, were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area are wonderful. We had great communication with the owner, Dave. He was very helpful and kind. I very much recommend this property!

Clean house with nice layout, big lanai, pool, and large west facing dock along waterfront for beautiful sunsets. House was pleasantly stocked with essentials and had beach stuff available too. Rent a pontoon boat from Big Marco and they can deliver it right to the dock for you for a fun day on the water! Great communication with, and assistance from, house owner improved the stay, too.
