Beautiful Marco Island Renovated Condo, 2 Br 2 Ba, 1704 T4, Beach & Ocean Views

A very nice, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at South Seas Northwest, Tower 4, #1704, on the seventeenth floor.. It has a view of the Marco Beach to the southwest. This completely renovated condo has incredible beach, pool, and Gulf water views on the balcony (with a new patio bistro set Nov 2021), as well as picturesque Marco Island on the other. The open concept living, dining and kitchen allows for maximum comfort, lots of family time and a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The view from the balcony is spectacular! The balcony also gets daytime sun with the southern exposure on those winter days. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a beautiful updated on-suit master bath. The master bedroom also opens to the balcony overlooking the pool and beaches. At night, you can hear the waves crashing along the shore. The guest bedroom has 2 single size beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The updated guest bath has a shower/tub combination. There is also a queen size blow up mattress and a crib for an infant. Three TV's that get over 100 channels and are found in the living room and master bedroom. The remodeled kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, beautiful kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and a Ninja XL indoor grill. The unit is tiled throughout, so no need to worry about allergens or dirty carpet. The property is beautifully landscaped with easy access to the year round, large heated pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico. There is an exercise/weight room, tennis & pickle ball, shuffleboard and a putting green on the property. Boat slips are also available. The condo was just purchased so that is why there are very few ratings yet. This condo building was designed with a small laundry room on each floor, it is close by the condo. These are very clean and nice with new speed queen machines in them. It costs about $3.00 to wash and dry a load of laundry.

The condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and a variety of beach toys.

Please be aware that motorcycles, RV's, and any type of trailers pulled behind a car or pickup are not allowed into the condo complex area, and there is no parking for these types of vehicles.

There is also a $100 registration and parking fee at the condo office after you arrive at the condo building, this is required if you have a vehicle parked there or not. This is for one vehicle, additional vehicles will also need to pay this fee.
