The living room has a couch and love seat as well as a large flat screen TV with sound bar. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops along with a breakfast bar. The dining area features a high top table that seats 6 comfotably plus the breakfast bar seats four.
Laundry room is just off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedrooms have a queen bed and twins respectively and share a bathroom. The lanai features a several adirondack chairs around the pool and a covered outdoor seating area. It also has a grill and a wonderful heated pool and a stand alone spa. The entire lanai is enclosed with a picture frame pool screen. Steps lead down to the water and a dock. Located close to shops, restaurants, The Esplanade and much more.
