Marco Christmas

We absolutely loved our Marco Christmas! The home had everything we needed and so much more! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, just relaxing in the warm weather and fishing off dock or watching the jellyfish and star fish off the dock. We even got to watch dolphin in the morning as we enjoyed our coffee. We ate at Mango's and it was amazing! We really loved our stay here and higly recommend!!!

Beautiful Waterfront Property

Lovely home on Marco Island with direct water access. Close access to town. Wonderful pool, spa and outdoor area. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

This House is in a Construction Zone

The Property Managers failed to share that a new home is being built directly across from the pool. The new home being built is not in any of the pictures on the site. Every nail, drill, conversation, and radio station can be heard inside of the rental from 8 to 5. My 22-year-old daughter could not use the pool during these times as the construction workers tended to take breaks then. In my opinion, this was a bait and switch. I shared my concerns and the PM told me to refer to the terms and conditions of the contract. We left early and forfeited dollars in doing so.

Great Property

Our family of 4 enjoyed this clean, well appointed property with up-to-date furnishings and amentities. The pool and outdoor area was amazing, and there was plenty of space in the house. Communication with the property manager was always timely and consistently good. They sent regular texts to keep us in the loop on check-in/check-out proceedures and well as the twice a week garbage pick-up. We couldn't have asked for a better quality experience.

Cut short by the hurricane

For the 2 days we were there it was great. Take fishing poles and get bait at Publix. Nicely decorated. Good floor plan with bedrooms spread out. One “bedroom” is more like an office in the front of the house. No closet but that didn’t impact us. Lots of bikes., you can ride to the beach. It’s 3 miles each way. Grocery store is close by. We will go back to this property to try again another time. We had a mandatory evacuation while we were there.

Beautiful home!

We absolutely love the home. The pictures don't do it justice. It was a great location, in a quite neighborhood which was perfect for us. Everything you could want in amenities, and the home was well stocked with all that we needed for our time there. We spent most of our time outside by the pool, and spent every night playing games on the patio. Great time! the only issues that we had was the internet/tvs stopped working on the last day, and we did forget to leave the keys and remote at the office, but staying at many VRBOS around the world and country we were not used to having to drop them off which was not a big deal except the customer service rep was very off putting about the situation which was dissapointing.

Honesty is the best policy

I have rented from VRBO for the last 10 years and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences seeing that I have a place that I rent also this place was managed by and outside company called Marco island cation rentals when we first got there check-in was at four we got there at 5 PM to find that place was not ready and the cleaning ladies or still cleaning they tried to hurry up and get done as fast as they could so fast at one of the cleaning ladies had to come back because she left her phone after our first night in the home the second night my wife dropped me off to go fishing to come back to the house to find three men in the house changing out a washer we had a lot of personal belongings and very expensive jewelry and other items in there we thought that it was very unprofessional that nobody called and then received a call about an hour later saying that they apologized and they were also thrown off guard from them coming in the Man that created my wife was extremely rude and she felt very uncomfortable and threatened
