This is a 17th floor 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo. The bedrooms are set up as one Master with a King Bed & on-suite Bathroom and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds that can be combined into one King Bed. The living room has a fold out couch that can sleep 2 Children easily. The large balcony provides seating and tables to enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the evening you do not want to miss the sunset while sharing a drink of your choice. We have taken many amazing pictures right off the balcony, as the location provides a sunset view most nights (weather permitting). Across the street you'll find Pickleball and Tennis Courts. The condo provides all basic kitchen appliances and dishes, as well as towels and linens. Laundry facilities are just a few steps from the condo on the same floor. Marco Island is a popular vacation destination and offers many restaurants and bars. If you're in to fishing or water sports, you will find it here.
