Must see beach front condo on Marco Island in The Admiralty House 5th Floor unit will not disappoint. This unique property offers amazing views where you can take in the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has been completely remodeled including the bathrooms and kitchen. Owner uses this condo frequently and has rarely rented it, so it is decked out with everything that you need for a relaxing or active vacation. The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen murphy bed.
Admiralty House has the largest pool on the beach. It is a full-size pool that is great for swimming laps. Lots of lounge chairs and tables around the pool area. There are two gas grills located in the pool area for your use.
Admiralty House is walking distance to numerous restaurants including the Esplanade. It is just quick walk up the beach to the JW Marriott. If you walk to the north you will come to Tiger Tail Beach great for shelling and bird watching.
The Admiralty House has on site security from 9 am to 5 pm. The unit has one assigned covered parking spot conveniently located in the second row closest to the building. There are additional parking spots if needed.
Admiralty House requires all guests to sign a formal lease and fill out an application that includes a background check. The application fee is $150.00 when you book this condo and made payable to Admiralty House and is non-refundable. Reservation will not be finalized until this application is approved by the board of directors.
There is a $150.00 cleaning fee when you leave.

Best spot on the Island!
Unit 501S is an immaculate, well decorated condo! We stayed for the month of January and although it was a little on the cool side, the beautiful Admiralty House and grounds were ever so pleasant!Steve and his son, Ed, were supreme hosts and that included a personal greeting and tour by Ed. He went above and beyond!We hope to stay again!

January 2024 trip
I would highly recommend this condo. We stayed for a month. Sunrise view from one balcony and sunsets from the other balcony. We had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and very clean. Great pool area with plenty of seating and easy access to the beach. Stephen is a great host, checked in with us to make sure all was going well and offered suggestions for rainy days. Building is very safe and people were all friendly. Condo is walking distance to many great restaurants. We appreciated the covered parking. We would stay here again when we return to Marco Island.

Wonderful stay
This has to be our favorite stay in Marco, we have been coming here for 10 years now and we have never felt so at home and comfortable. This unit was a labor of love and you can feel it. It was a privilege to stay here for the summer.
Building is clean, well taken care of, quiet and calm even on holidays. The staff and security are friendly and welcoming. The sunsets are to die for.
