Einach nur unzumutbar

Wir hatten die Wohnung vom 22.05.-05.06.24 gebucht, aber haben diese bereits am 23.05.24 wieder verlassen. Wir haben uns leider von den Fotos, vor allem in der Wohnung und den Ausblicken aus dem Fenster täuschen lassen. Die Unzulänglichkeiten in der Wohnung hätte man noch ertragen, aber die Außenumgebung, die man ja gerade in einem Urlaub im Süden nutzen möchte, waren unzumutbar. Das Grundstück schien verwahrlost, Garten- und Balkonmöbel dreckig, kaputt und vernachlässigt. Auf Beschwerde in der Agentur bot man uns eine Reinigung an. Angesichts des Zustandes eines Frechheit. Auch der angepriesene exklusive Außenbereich war einfach nur verwahrlostes Etwas. Der Weg zur Bucht - ein Klettersteig - ebenfalls offenbar seit dem letzten Winter sich selbst überlassen.Darüber hinaus wird in der Beschreibung nicht darauf verwiesen, dass die Wohnung für Menschen mit Handycap absolut ungeeignet ist. Nach den Bildern sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass die Treppen zu bewältigen sind, aber die Geländer auch in der Wohnung waren desolat und der Weg von der Parkgelegenheit an der Leitplanke entlang ein Abenteuer, auf das man gern verzichtet. Die Betreuung durch ibookingelba war im Moment der Beschwerde unterirdisch um nicht zu sagen ebenfalls unzumutbar : Fazit "selbst schuld". Die Kaution+Reinigungsgebühr haben wir bis heute nicht zurück, obwohl wir die Wohnung gleich am 23.05.24 wieder verlassen haben, den Schlüssel hinterlegten und dies auch ibookingelba mitteilten.

Boende nära Procchio

Överlag ett bra boende med tillgång till en liten stenstrand nedanför huset. Parkering finns inte i anslutning till huset, man får parkera vid stora vägen och gå en liten bit. AC fanns endast i ett litet sovrum direkt innanför ingången. Mysigt med havsutsikt och närheten till Procchio. Jättemysig liten stad med bra barer och restauranger. Fin strand där man kan hyra både sup trampolinbåt. Ett dykcenter ligger även vid stranden och har en mkt trevlig och kunnig personal. Värden talar ingen engelska så var svårt att kommunicera vid överlämningen av nycklar till huset och rundturen.
