Stunning home in Marcana

On the edge of the village of Pavicini, the wonderful Villa Eni is hard to miss.

The spacious outdoor area is adorned by the fabulous 40m2 pool with its massage jets and comfortable loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The courtyard and garden offer plenty of space for younger guests to run around and play, as well as for older guests, with a table football table and a pool table for exciting tournaments. Long, happy summer evenings with family and friends are best spent on the covered terrace with barbecue.

The interior is spacious and open and the elegant furnishings on the first floor have a very homely feel with wooden beams and a beautiful fireplace. In addition to the living and dining area, there is a pretty, fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, 2 bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 further cozy bedrooms and 2 modern en-suite bathrooms.

Villa Eni is perfect for a relaxing, laid-back vacation with family or friends, far away from everyday life. However, should you feel adventurous, the lively and interesting city of Pula with its whole range of possibilities is not too far away.This elegant, modern villa is located in the small village of Pavicini near the city of Pula. Pavicini is very famous for one of the oldest oil mills in Istria. You can visit it and taste fresh cold-pressed olive oil. The area is also known for fishing, agriculture and cattle breeding. Villa Eni is located 2 km from Duga Uvala beach and is surrounded by wide fields and greenery. If you want to try local cuisine, fantastic restaurants are only 10 minutes away by car. We highly recommend you to visit the following towns nearby: Pula, Medulin, Rovinj, Fayana, Vodnjan; or maybe famous islands like Losinj, Krk or Cres. Istria is a perfect vacation spot for those who want to relax, enjoy the fascinating landscapes and swim in the sky-blue sea.
