This beautiful stone house is located in the small village of Iii, where there are only a few houses and where you can enjoy the privacy of the peaceful surroundings. The large, fenced garden with olive trees is dominated by a swimming pool that provides refreshment in summer. Enjoy the view of the islands of the Kvarner Bay from the covered terrace or relax with a game of billiards. The interior is spread over two floors with external stairs. Upstairs you will find a living room with kitchen and dining area as well as three bedrooms, while on the ground floor there is another bedroom and an additional kitchen as well as a playroom. From here you can also access the covered terrace, where there is a barbecue.
