The holiday apartment is located in Marcana in the Istria region of Croatia. The apartment is on the outskirts of the village with around 1000 inhabitants, in quiet surroundings suitable for 2+1 persons.
The apartment is part of a private house and has its own separate entrance on the first floor. It has a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed for 2 people, a living room with a couch where can sleep 1 person, an additional unfolding bed (on request), satellite SMART TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric cooking stove (4 places), dishwasher, fridge with freezer, pots, pans, cutlery.... In the living room is a sofa when unfolded it is 115x180cm wide. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bathtub. WIFI, air-conditioning and a washing machine are provided free of charge. All windows have mosquito nets.
There is a balcony with table and (unfolding) chairs. Parking is just across the street. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, only outside on balcony. Pets are not allowed.

You can go walking through nature, as there are many hiking trails in the forest. There are also cycle paths and riding possibilities, with a horse ranch just a few kilometers away. The beaches are not overcrowded in summer, as there are plenty of pebbled and stone beaches, as well as hidden little bays. There are no official beaches for dogs. The sea is clean and warm during the summer months. An Istrian peninsula is a great place for exploring the old and small towns in the hills, as well as the beautiful nature and the summer festivals. You can also enjoy the delicious local wine and food specialties.
