This modern villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and one room has two single beds, 6 bathrooms equipped with showers and one separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a luxuriously decorated living room with a folding three-seater, TV and Xbox console, equipped for quality socializing. In the completely fenced garden there is a beautiful swimming pool of 42m2 with hydro-massagers. The pool is surrounded by deck chairs, and additional privacy is ensured by a wall and hedge. The special offer of the villa includes a sauna, 5 parking spaces and for the smallest guests a children's playground, where children can have fun on the trampoline, playing table tennis or badminton, and there is also a volleyball net and soccer goals.
