Super 1-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of Block C in Edificio Skol, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants, and all the city´s services. This renovated West-facing apartment has a private terrace with good sea and beach views and afternoon sun. A short walk from the Old Town and the Marina.

Accommodation comprises; living/dining room with flat-screen TV, a relaxing sofabed for two people, and doors to the furnished terrace with sea views, new modern open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and everything you need to cook; bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobe (there is a curtain instead of a bedroom door); and a fully tiled bathroom with luxury walk-in shower. There are some UK and other foreign language TV channels available through the community aerial system.
