Attractive, 1 Bedroom, 3rd floor apartment, located in Block C of the Skol building in the centre of Marbella. This cosy apartment has great views over the communal gardens and swimming pools and also sea views. The complex is located in the heart of Marbella and is first line beach, surrounded by restaurants, bars and beach activities.

Accommodation comprises; Lift access from the reception area which is manned 24hrs. Lounge / dining room with sofa bed for 2 guests, door to the terrace overlooking the pools and sea. Fitted kitchen with all amenities. Bedroom with two separate beds and bathroom with a shower cubicle. There is air conditioning, community TV channels including UK national channels.
