Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM. From 9pm onwards: €25 (Late check-in is required to be paid in cash)

Check-out is by 11 AM.
Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: 40€ extra.
Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.





PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 150

Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.

Damage to keys set: € 50

Smoke fee in the property: 300 €

The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 14 days

· Cancel up to 14 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival day.
