Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in Marina Banús. Located 2 minutes walk from the beach, 2 minutes from the shopping centre El Corte Ingles, and 2 minutes from the heart of the famous Puerto Banús, this apartment is perfect for all ages and group types.
Decorated in a fun and memorable fashion, the property is well equipped and offers everything guests could need for a holiday in the sun. The kitchen has all the essential appliances and utensils (including: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, etc).
The living room has a dining area, sofa, and smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube etc). There is direct access from here onto the terrace that looks onto the communal swimming pool. The terrace has table and chairs for 4, and is a great spot to take in afternoon sun.
The guest bedroom is made up of 2 single beds, and has access to the second bathroom (bath/shower) that is located opposite. The master bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together, a flat screen television, and has an ensuite bathroom (bath/shower).
The property has strong wifi and centralised air conditioning throughout, and includes 1 private underground parking space.
Guests have access to the following community spaces; a large swimming pool, padel court, fully functioning gym, and 24 hour front desk/security.
