Elegant and beautifully decorated apartment located in the beachfront urbanization Playa Real, Marbesa. This fully renovated to highest standards holiday home situated on elevated ground floor, offers total comfort and lovely terrace with pool view. Only few steps away from sandy beach and famous Le Papillon restaurant & beach club. Spacious living room offers a large comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table for 6 persons and access to the terrace with sitting area and views to the pool. Master bedroom with large high quality bed (size 1.80 to 2.00), bathroom and access to the main terrace. Second bedroom has two single beds and adjacent shower room. Ultra modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. All rooms equipped with AC units, electric shutters. Fast Wi-Fi.

Within the complex the apartment positioned in the closest to the beach apartment's block and it takes you only 1 minute walk to the pool area.



The apartment offers a couple of light weighted sun loungers so that guests can sunbathe in a privileged spot at the front line with breathtaking open sea views.

Club Playa Real occupies a superb beachfront position in tranquil area known as Marbesa village, close to the famous tourist cities of Marbella and Puerto Banús. Surrounded by luxury villas, numerous very picturesque beach bars and restaurants, the complex has direct access to the beach. During the summer months, guests of the Club Playa Real can enjoy a outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beautiful gardens and a pool bar.
