The space

This beautiful flat includes the following facilities:



Kitchen: fully equipped with electric water heater, coffee maker, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, a washing machine and all the crockery to enjoy a delicious meal.

Living area: with a comfortable two-seater sofa and a Smart TV that includes Netflix and cable. This part of the apartment has access to the balcony from where you can enjoy beautiful sea views.

Dining area: with a table and chairs for 4 diners.

Bedroom: the flat has a bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and storage area. From here, there is also direct access to the balcony.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a separate shower with glass screens, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Balcony: equipped with outdoor table and chairs, and from where there is a clear and beautiful view of the sea. Perfect for sunset lovers!



There is only split-type AC in the living room.

Services and common areas

We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 pm, and €60 until 00:00. Outside these hours, please contact us for availability and rates.

Please inform us 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to ensure someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive an hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.

Other notable aspects

*Sheets and towels included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests; if you need more, there will be an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.



Airport transfer available, please check availability and costs.



Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is too dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will be applied.



Guests are informed that smoking inside is prohibited and failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €500
