The property offers a large open plan ground floor with open kitchen, living room and dining room leading onto a lovely covered terrace with garden for private use. The upper floor offers three modern bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The property is ideal to enjoy all year round an exceptional location with 2 communal pools and 24 hours surveillance just a few steps from the most beautiful beaches of Marbella. There are several beach restaurants in the vicinity, golf courses and the centre of Marbella is at just a five minute drive.
