You will be located in the heart of Nueva Andalucía and are therefore surrounded by beautiful viewpoints, world-class golf courts like Aloha

a myriad of great restaurants within a 5-minute walk. It's approximately a 5-minute drive (or 20 minutes of walk) down to the famous Puerto Banús and Mistral beach.

Right at the entrance of the community is the Aloha Golf Club, an exclusive club where both lunch and dinner are great if you just feel like staying local. Then, of course, if you are in for some golfing, this is the place to be at!

Neighboring the Puerto Banús resort, Nueva Andalucia stretches inland from the sea, over undulating terrain that is dotted with lakes, backdropped by the imposing La Concha mountain peak and fringed by celebrated golf courses.

As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No Parties

You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/Heater

Turn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security deposit

Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
