It has a 17m long private swimming pool with bar area, a beautiful tropical garden, a BBQ area, a TV area with Playstation, 5 additional TVs, 3 closed garages.
This fantastic south facing seven-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, tropical gardens and even a chiringuito (beach bar). Located within walking distance of the beach and close to all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, shops etc. and a short drive from the center of Marbella.
This recently built villa is distributed over two floors. It is contemporary and modern in style with spacious rooms, very bright and with high ceilings creating a spacious atmosphere.
