This world tour lodging was freshly renovated in 2023: modern furniture in typical tones of the highlighted continents, mixed with natural materials and soft lighting, make this place comfortable and homely. The long and wide terrace provides a very pleasant and relaxed space with its large corner lounge and dining areas, ideal to unwind and enjoy outdoor moments with family and friends.

This bright and large apartment sleeps maximum 6 persons. It has 130 m² and a 22 m² sunny terrace, three bedrooms each one with terrace access, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a separate guests toilet, a spacious modern and cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a parking place in the underground garage.

- Bedroom 1: brand new queen size bed 160 x 200 cm with an en-suite bathroom

- Bedroom 2: two twin size beds 90 x 200 cm

- Bedroom 3: brand new two adjoining size beds 80 x 200 cm

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hot air oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the summer and hot air heating in the winter. The terrace in its entire length is fitted out with 3 electric awnings with remote control and a horizontal top manual awning.
